This wonderful song, an original of Stevie Wonder, is played with a kind of extra difficult technique that I developed endlessly by practicing. By watching to a live movie of John Mayer playing 'Stop This Train' I got to know this technique. By only using the thumb for the bassnotes I', able to play melody and a percussive beat on the second and the fourth count by ticking the thumb on the bass string and at the same time picking one or more notes/strings on the higher strings all at once.
It's always wise to read my explanation of how to read my tabs. Or at least give a lot of attention to the fingering in the chord boxes.
